Hi there,

Let me tell you a bit about Kruger2Canyon Properties Hoedspruit.

I started Kruger2Canyon Properties towards the end of 2004. The name “Kruger2Canyon” comes from the UNESCO accredited Kruger2Canyon Biosphere Reserve. The reserve is 2.5 million hectares in extent and this makes the area truly unique. World Heritage Sites are designated by UNESCO for having cultural, historical, scientific or other form of significance.

My office is about 2 sq.m. in extent and is situated on my dining room table at home on Raptor’s View Wildlife Estate.

Sales

Over the years, my main focus has been on Raptor’s View Wildlife Estate where I have lived permanently since August 2004.  I have elected not to list the few houses I do know of on the Estate but you are welcome to contact me for more information.

I am privileged to have been approached to work closely with a contact and I may just be able to assist you in Big 5 areas that include the Association of Private Nature Reserves. View the areas below for more information on these amazing safari destinations where you could own your own Game Farm near Kruger.

Rentals

To assist friends who trusted me with the purchase of their own home on Raptors, I am willing to assist them to find reliable tenants for the times they are not able to use their furnished homes.  I must stress that rentals on Raptors View are limited to a minimum of one full month and also that NO domestic pets are allowed. Don’t hesitate to ask me.

I am previously from Johannesburg, a single mom to two great sons. I left the corporate world to follow my own dream. “You are never too old to have a happy childhood” so I packed up and accepted a job at one of the prime lodges in the Sabi Sands. I also wanted (believe it or not!) to wear a khaki uniform, have epaulettes and work a bush radio. My corporate experience was at an Executive Personal Assistant level in a huge international company. My ‘bush experience’ included finance and admin at two of the best known, 5 star lodges. The Admin position for the whole of the Sabi Sands was invaluable and so was the position as P.A. to the first director of the Southern African Wildlife College. The decision to leave Johannesburg changed my life.

Moving to Hoedspruit in 2004 was one of the best decisions I ever made. I have been fortunate to make some wonderful friends – most of whom have been my clients at some or other stage. Hoedspruit is not the kind of town one can explain.  It offers a lifestyle unsurpassed anywhere in South Africa.  The beauty, scenery, diverse habitats, multitude of things to do, restaurants to experience, proximity to the shops and the Kruger National Park – all of these play their part in making this a truly unique place to live.  Add to this our own Eastgate Airport with daily flights to Johannesburg and Cape Town and one has the winning formula for a fast growing town.
